Manufacturing Date vs. Expiration Date

For your safety most all RetzlerRX™ and HormoneSynergy® products are shipped with either an inner and / or outer safety seal. If you receive a product that is damaged or is missing an outer safety seal please contact our office for a replacement.

Do not use any product that appears damaged or that appears tampered with.

All products either contain an Expiration (EXP) date, a Manufacturing (MFG) date or a "best if used by" date.

1.) Expiration dates are self explanatory.


2.) Unless otherwise specified, products that have a Manufacturing date (MFG) date have a (2 - 3) year shelf life.


3.) Per the FDA a "Best if Used By" date indicates when a product will be of best quality. It is NOT a 'purchase by', 'Expiration' or 'Safety' date.

This helps consumers understand that the date label is about quality, not safety, and that products do NOT have to be discarded after the date if they are stored properly at the discretion of the consumer.

 

Unopened or Items with a Manufacturer Defect:

  • If you return an UNOPENED item or an OPENED unused item that is defective, that is, A VISIBLE MANUFACTURER DEFECT, you are welcome to send it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund including shipping costs. We will provide you a return label.   • If you return an UNOPENED item because you simply changed your mind you are welcome to send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping costs.

Opened Items:

  • Most companies do not generally accept returns of opened health and personal care products. However, HormoneSynergy® will provide a 50% refund of OPENED bottles that are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you, the buyer of the product, want to return an OPENED item you must contact our office and return that item within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a 50% refund minus return shipping fees.

Instructions

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions),

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1 week of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
  • If you would like an unopened item replaced with another flavor or product of equal value, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item
